For a while, I’ve been listening to podcast novels.

7th Son, By J.C. Hutchins was the one that got me started, and through him I got to hear about another Podcast Fiction author, Scott Sigler.

Scott’s work is completely different from J.C.’s a lot more gory, and I must admit, I found it hard to get into. However, I am hooked on his latest novel – “The Rookie”.

Sigler has just had his second novel “Ancestor” published (it will be available from 1st April in the US – I’m not sure if it will be available in the UK). In an attempt to really “piss off” (in Sigler’s language!) the big publishers, Sigler is trying to get his novel to #1 on the Amazon chart on its release date and part of his plan is to do this through viral marketing.

Therefore, in a real precedent, the entire novel is available to download for free as a PDF!

So, support independant artists, download ‘Ancestor’ and if you like it, buy a copy on 1st April (no this is not an April Fool’s Joke!).
